摘要：从论述开世界先河的“绿色奥运”入手，认为实现这一目标的关键是将奥运会各部分联成一个有机整体，并保证能将其各项议程及相关工作准时顺利进行的交通建成“绿色交通”，“绿色交通”是实现“绿色奥运”的重要基础。围绕“绿色交通”，就其内涵、目标、策略、指导原则、实施方法及框架体系建设等相关问题进行了系统研究。同时，结合北京市城市交通的现状与实际，进一步对“绿色交通”及其框架体系建设作了较深入探讨，对其实施策略、方法从理论与实际上提出了较具体的建议。

Green Olympic and Green Traffic

Abstract: Expounding the first Green Olympic Games in world, author believes that the key of realizing this goal is to build up Green Traffic in traffic to become one organic whole and guarantee every agenda and relevant things for Olympic Games on time smoothly. Green Traffic is the important foundation of realizing Green Olympics Games. The meaning, goal, tactics, guideline, implement method and frame system construction about Green Traffic are researched. Meanwhile, combining current situation and the reality of urban traffic in Beijing, a deepen discussion to built Green Traffic and a more concrete suggestion on the tactics and the method in theory and in fact are made.
