摘要：交通影响分析(Traffic Impact Study)是把规划发展项目对道路网的影响情况提交给政府有关部门，评价报告应该考虑通行能力、交通信号和安全问题。报告将被用于决定是否需要改善临近的接口，并为政府提供需要改善的地段数据。主要介绍了美国马里兰州公路管理局和马里兰州的蒙哥马利郡公共事务及交通部交通影响分析的内容及方法。

Brief Introduction of Traffic Impact Study

Abstract: The purpose of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS), prepared for submittal to concerned department of government, is to review impacts of the proposed development on the road network system. The evaluation should consider traffic capacity, signalization and safety issues. This report will be used to determine the needed improvements in the vicinity of the site access and provide data to the State on what off-site improvements need to be considered. The primary task of this paper is to introduce the contents and methods of TIS in the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) and Montgomery County Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPWT).
