停车标志交叉口交通信号灯设置依据研究

摘要:为提高停车标志交叉口设置交通信号灯的依据的可操作性,本文从交通效率出发,针对双向两车道道路相交的停车让行标志管理的交叉口,以进入交叉口所有机动车辆的平均延误时间为指标,比较某交通流量条件下停车标志管理与信号灯管理下的车均延误大小,取延误较小的管理方式为交叉口的最优管理方式,从而得到停车标志交叉口设置机动车交通信号灯的临界流量曲线。本文可作为修订国标GB14886-94《道路交通信号灯安装规范》有关信号灯设置依据条款的参考,并在实践中对合理设置机动车交通信号灯具有指导意义。

Traffic Signal Warrant Study for Stop-Controlled Intersections

Abstract: This paper gives the vehicular traffic signal warrant for two-way stop-controlled intersections. This research is based on average delay per vehicle and intends to put the warrant in practice more easily. The paper compares the average delay per vehicle under STOP sign with traffic signal and selects the management with lower delay as the optimal means. This warrant can be a reference when revising the national standard GB14886-94, the Installation Specification for Road Traffic Signals. Most important, it can be used in practice to guide the installation of traffic signals.
