摘要：为应对城市面临的空间拓展和结构整合、机动化发展和可持续发展等各种挑战，交通发展战略需要建立城市交通发展目标和策略的整体框架。本文以济南城市交通发展战略研究为例，介绍了分析城市交通面临的挑战、制定城市交通发展目标和策略、提出综合交通网络系统方案的技术方法和思路。

Researches on Urban Transportation System Development Strategies: with the Case of Urban Transportation System Development Strategy Researches of Jinan

Abstract: A methodical city development in its spatial expansion, components integration, mobilization and sustainability urges for a proper establishment of urban transportation development goals and frameworks for the policy and strategy. Illustrated with the case study in Jinan, this paper provides a systematic method to investigate the challenges, goals and optimal strategies of urban transportation planning and design. The technique procedure for the comprehensive transportation network is forwarded as well.
