摘要：在总结我国汽车工业发展现状、特点与趋势的基础上，分析了汽车进入家庭对城市动态交通和静态交通带来的影响，随后提出了7条建设性的对策：落实公交优先政策，解决城市居民基本出行需要；增加城市道路投资力度，加快城市道路网络和大城市快速道路系统的建设；加快停车场的建设；通过城市规划正确引导私人汽车的发展；加强城市交通法规体系的建设；因地制宜，采取必要手段控制城市交通总量；以有效的、动态的管理促进城市道路交通高效运行。

Impact on City Transport and Countermeasure while Automobile Entering Family

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the current situation of development, characteristic and trend of auto industry of our country, it is analyzed that automobile entering family brings influence to the urban dynamic traffic and static traffic. Afterwards seven constructive countermeasures have been put forward: Implement priority policy of public transit to solve basic transport need of urbanite; Increase the dynamics of investment of urban road, accelerate the network of urban road and systematic construction of express way of big city; Accelerate the construction of the parking area; Lead the private car development through the urban planning ; Strengthen the system construction of the urban traffic law; Suit measures to local conditions, take essential means to control the total amount of the city traffic; Promote the urban road traffic to run high-efficiently with effective, dynamic management.
