摘要：国家现行规范对道路红线宽度的定义不够明晰，时常陷入争议。首先，指出城市道路具有城市交通、工程管线走廊、市政公共设施布设和城市街景营造等综合功能，界定城市道路红线宽度为满足城市道路综合使用功能的最小占地宽度，城市道路宽度为满足城市交通需求的最小占地宽度。其次，基于城市道路功能构成，提出城市道路红线宽度的计算方法。最后，提出关于城市道路红线宽度控制和道路两侧用地退线规划管理的建议。

Analysis Right-of-Way Concept of Urban Road Width

Abstract：The current definition on “Width of Urban Street” from the national roadway standard is not clear, which often causes confusion and argument. This paper analyses the functionality of urban roadway that includes transportation, line pipe passageway, public utility layout and roadway aesthetics features. It defines the width of urban street as the minimum width for its multiple usage. The article also discusses the method of calculation for the width of urban street. Finally, some suggestions are made on the control and management of width of urban street.
