停车场出入口布置相关问题研究

摘要:为了更加科学合理地设置停车场出入口,减少出入口对城市道路交通的影响,研究停车场出入口布置问题。在分析停车场出入口几何设计影响因素的基础上,根据入口道长度、出口车辆平均延误及出口服务水平,判断出入口与城市道路衔接的适应性,给出了出入口位置布置方法。同时引入停车视距,分析并给出了不同设计速度条件下出入口与上、下游交叉口的合理间距。最后,以大庆市龙宫停车场出入口设计进行实例分析,给出设计方案。

A Study on Parking Entrance/Exit Layout Design

Abstract:This paper studies how to design an efficient parking entrance/exit that minimizes the impact of parking vehicles on traffic flows on the surrounding roadways. By analyzing influential factors in designing entrance and exit of parking facilities, the paper identifies the connecting forms of parking entrance/exit and urban road, corresponding to various entrance lane length, vehicle average delay and level of service at exit. Meanwhile, the methodology to design the location of parking entrance/exit is presented. Then with the consideration of stopping sight distance, the paper discusses the proper length between parking entrance/exit and adjacent intersections in various design speed cases. Finally, the paper illustrates the application of the method for parking entrance/exit layout design through a case study in Longgong Parking Lot in Daqing City, Heilongjiang.
