北京市北苑客运交通枢纽外部交通组织设计

摘要:为了满足客运综合交通枢纽各种交通方式的出行需求,确保实现枢纽的交通功能,须对其进行良好的外部交通组织设计。以北京市北苑客运交通枢纽为例,通过研究其功能定位和各种交通方式的出行特征,利用现状和规划路网条件,将交通组织与枢纽建设规模、枢纽规划用地布局、建筑布局相融合,提出了“枢纽优先、公交优先”、“车、人分行”和“自行车交通系统一体化”的枢纽外部交通组织方案,以有效保障枢纽外部人、车出行的需求。最后总结了客运交通枢纽外部交通组织设计的思路和方法。

Traffic Management outside the Beiyuan Public Transit Exchange Terminal in Beijing

Abstract:To meet travel demand of different modes and ensure the efficiency of a large public transit exchange terminal, it is important to efficiently manage traffic outside the terminal. Taking the Beiyuan transit terminal in Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the terminal functionalities and travel characteristics of various modes. Based on the road network (existing and planned) and the surrounding land use patterns, this paper proposes a traffic management plan controlling various traffic flows outside the terminal. The plan prioritizes the terminal related travel and public transit serves; emphasizes the separation of vehicles and pedestrians; and provides a continuous bicycle flow. Lastly, the paper summarizes the design concept of a traffic management plan for traffic outside a public transit terminal.
