新型城市轨道交通技术

摘要:截至2010年年底,我国城市轨道交通运营总里程约为1 400 km,“十二五”期间将提高到3 500 km。对城市轨道交通技术的研究能够支撑整个行业发展,实现重大装备核心技术突破,降低建设和运营成本。从政策建议、指南及应用,城市轨道交通规划理论和技术,国家及行业标准,基于通信的列车运行控制系统(CBTC)及应用,中低速磁浮系统及应用,100%低地板轻轨车系统及应用6方面概括介绍了新型城市轨道交通技术的6项研究课题。最后结合“十一五”期间城市轨道交通的规划、建设及运营的经验与教训,对“十二五”期间城市轨道交通规划建设提出了若干建议。

Technology for New Urban Rail Transit

Abstract:There are 1,400 kilometers of rail transit service in operation in China by the end of 2010. This number will increase to 3,000 kilometers during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Studies on urban rail transit technology can help the industry development, innovation for better facility designs, and reduction in construction and operating costs. This paper summarizes the research developments of new technology in six aspects related to urban rail transit: policy guidance and implementation, urban rail transit planning theory and technology, national and industrial standards, communication-based train operation control and its application, low-to-median speed maglev system, and low-floor light rail vehicles system. Finally, the paper provides a few suggestions on urban rail transit planning and construction during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan based on the experience and lessons from urban rail transit planning, construction, and operation during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.
