摘要：中国城市交通发展进程中存在某些已偏离了正常轨道或偏离轨道的潜在风险和问题。为了提出警示，结合中国城镇化进程的主要特点，通过梳理城市交通既往发展轨迹，从城市交通规划的法律地位、城市交通模式选择、城镇群与中小城市协调发展、城市交通规划决策的基础工作、“规模和效益”以及“公共交通优先和需求管理”的关系、智能交通体系建设、停车、交通节能减排等方面，提出了城市交通规划建设领域值得关注的十大倾向。

Unignorable Trend in Urban Transportation Planning and Development

Abstract：There are potential risks and problems that may derail or the urban transportation planning and development process in China. To warn the existence of such risks, this paper points out ten unignorable trends in Chinese urban transportation planning and development, which is based on the historical development of urban transportation. Specifically, the paper discusses the unignorable trends based on the legality of urban transportation planning, selection of urban transportation development patterns, coherent development between urban clusters and small-medium cities, decision making basis, relationship between the construction scale and system efficiency, relationship between the public transportation priority and demand management, intelligent transportation system development, parking, energy conservation and emissions reduction.
