摘要：为落实我国“节能减排”基本战略，构建可持续发展的城市交通系统，基于政策体系中对公共交通节能的要求和目标，从技术应用和运行环境两方面，对公共交通系统能耗影响因素进行了分析。重点研究了非燃油车辆在我国公共交通领域的应用状况，并从技术应用、系统效率、管理保障三个层面，提出了公共交通系统节能降耗对策建议。

Strategies for Energy Saving & Reduction for Urban Transit Systems

Abstract：In order to be in line with Chinese policy: energy saving & emission reduction, while developing a sustainable urban transportation system, and considering the requirements and targets to save energy in public transportation, this paper analyzes the impact factors on transit energy consumption in terms of technology application and operation conditions. Emphasis is placed on application of non-fueled vehicles in public transportation, with suggestions recommended to reduce transit consumption in various angles, such as technology application, system efficiency, and management.
