摘要：为保障上海世博交通正常运行，从不同区域和出行过程中不同地点两个方面分析了世博交通信息服务的需求特点。提出了世博交通信息服务系统框架，具体描述了信息服务集成应用平台和信息应用服务系统。阐述了出行综合信息服务系统、公共交通信息服务系统、道路交通联动诱导系统、公共停车信息服务系统、枢纽交通信息服务系统、客流预测预报服务系统、园区客流引导服务系统7个世博交通信息应用服务系统的功能。最后提出了系统建设的措施和建议。

The Framework of Travel Information Services for Shanghai World Expo

Abstract: According to the strategies set forth to ensure a smooth traffic operation for Shanghai World Expo, this paper investigates the demands and their characteristics of travel information services in different areas, such as in the expo campus, in areas of traffic control, buffer, and guidance, and in different trip-making stages, including before going, on the way, and travelling within the campus. The paper proposes a framework of travel information services for Shanghai Expo, with functionalities described for the 7 application systems, i.e., integrated application platform, comprehensive travel information services, transit information services, street coordinated guidance, terminal travel information services, and passenger flow forecasting. The paper concludes with remarks on measures and suggestions of system construction of travel information services for the event.
