摘要： 随着中国城镇化进程的不断深入，城市交通基础设施建设与城市 文化生态资源保护产生了深刻的矛盾。基于城市单元的概念，探讨其自然 生态属性和文化社会属性，分析城市文化生态系统与城市交通系统在两种 属性上的相互影响与作用。指出应适当限制交通系统在自然生态属性突 出的城市单元中的规模，努力做到两者的相互融合；针对老城区应尽量减 小交通基础设施建设调整对单元文化肌理的冲击，针对新城区应注重交通 与土地开发一体化，形成绿色交通主导的城市综合交通系统。最后，针对 居住、商业、交通枢纽等具有不同主功能的城市单元提出不同的规划思路 。

Design Urban Transportation with Local Culture and Ecology System in Mind

Abstract： With the rapid urbanization development in China, the incongruity between transportation infrastructure and preservation of local culture and ecological system has become a critical issue. By introducing the concept of city cells and exploring its ecological and social characteristics, this paper analyzes the interaction and intertwined effects between urban ecological nature and transportation system. Then the paper points out that the scale and type of transportation system should be developed in accordance with city cells to match and enhance local significant natural and ecological characteristics. Additionally, it is necessary to minimize the impact of transportation infrastructure construction on the unique cultural characteristics of old towns. The integrated development of transportation and land use should be emphasized in new urban areas to establish green transportation oriented urban comprehensive transportation system. Finally, the paper presents planning schemes for city cells with different functionalities, such as residential, commercial and transportation terminals land use, and etc.
