广佛都市圈视角下的轨道交通发展思考

摘要: 都市圈外围向心的通勤交通比例高、中心区交通压力大,因此都市圈通常采用以轨道交通为 主的交通发展模式。首先结合伦敦、纽约、东京都市圈案例,分析轨道交通对都市圈空间形态的影 响。结合广佛都市圈国家铁路、城际铁路、城市轨道交通、低运量轨道交通4 个层级轨道交通的发 展,从枢纽规模与布局、网络一体化、运营管理与车站开发等方面提出存在的问题。指出分散布局 的轨道交通枢纽与互联互通的轨道交通网络是适合都市圈的轨道交通发展策略。最后,针对东京都 市圈轨道交通发展模式借鉴、城际铁路和轨道交通快线采用地下线路形式穿城、如何实现“四网合 一”、枢纽空间的规划预留等方面展开探讨。

Rail Transit Development in Guangzhou-Foshan Metropolitan Area

Abstract: Under the significant impact of a high proportion of commuting traffic toward city center where suffers a high travel demand within itself as well, metropolitan areas are now usually considering the development of using rail transit oriented transportation mode. This paper first analyzes the impacts of rail transit on spatial form of metropolitan areas through case study of London, New York, and Tokyo metropolitan areas. Based on the hierarchy of rail transit development in Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area including national railway, intercity railway, urban rail transit, and low capacity rail transit, the paper discusses the problems of terminal scale and layout, network integration, operation management and station development. The paper points out that combined rail transit terminals and integrated rail transit network are suitable development strategies for developing rail transit in metropolitan areas. Finally, the paper discusses the development mode of rail transit in Tokyo metropolitan area, the usage of underground lines for urban railway and rapid rail transit, the implementation of system integration across four modes, and space reservation for terminals planning.
