摘要： 长三角城市群城市间分工协作和区域治理日趋完善，交通发展呈现新的趋势和挑战。从城际 关系、枢纽格局、空间演变、供需关系、理念技术五个方面探讨长三角城市群交通发展新的趋势特 征以及衍生问题。区域及城际交通体系层面，提出面向全局的交通资源优化配置和面向城镇群空间 的城际客运交通系统整合两条路径；城市交通转型和可持续发展层面，提出交通与空间协同发展、 交通系统整合提效、交通精细化管理三项策略；新理念下交通发展层面，提出促进低碳交通、应用 新技术引导交通革新、主动适应新态势三类导向。最后，从体制机制层面提出相关建议。

New Transportation Development Strategies for the Cluster of Urban Areas in Yangtze River Delta Area

Abstract： As the cooperation and regional improvement maturating by time in the cluster of urban areas in Yangtze River Delta Area, transportation development are facing new trends and challenges. This paper discusses the trends and characteristics of urban transportation development in Yangtze River Delta in five aspects: intercity relations, terminal distribution, evolution of spatial land use development, relationship between supply and demand, and new technologies. Focusing on the regional and intercity transportation system, the paper proposes two strategies: the optimization of transportation resources and integration of intercity passenger transportation system based on the spatial development in the cluster of urban areas. For urban transportation transformation and sustainable development, three strategies are put forward including coordinated development of transportation and land use, integration of transportation systems, and detailed traffic management. Under the new concept of transportation development, the paper outlines strategies such as emphasizing low- carbon transportation, promoting transportation reform with new technologies, and actively adapting the new situation. Finally, the paper provides suggestions on the administrative development policies.
