广州市交通“双微改造”工作实践

摘要: 为挖掘现有路网的通行潜能,维护良好道路交通秩序,提高通行效率,保障交通安全,广州 市通过大力推进“交通组织微循环、交通设施微改造”交通治理工作,营造安全、有序、畅通的城 市道路交通环境。交通组织微循环改造主要包括:进口导向车道调整、增设人行横道线、增设掉头 车道或禁止掉头、借道通行、设置车辆或行人待行区、禁止车辆转向或限时禁止转向等。交通设施 微改造新技术主要包括:交叉口动态控制转向、借用同向车道掉头、区域交通组织联动、交通量控 制信号灯、消防通道专用交通信号灯、“礼让斑马线”交通设施、车行道精细化设计以及分时停车 措施等。最后通过介绍相关案例实施效果说明新技术的科学有效性。

Urban Transportation "Double Micro-Renovation" in Guangzhou

Abstract: In order to improve traffic capacity, efficiency, and safety, and maintain traffic order in Guangzhou city, local authorities have implemented a series of valuable actions, including enhancing traffic management, promoting traffic network microcirculation and improving infrastructures, to create a safe, effective, and efficient transportation environment. Traffic microcirculation strategy contains lane management, add-in of zebra crossings, add-in of U-turn or No U-turn lanes, add-in of contraflow lane, add-in of waiting zones for vehicles or pedestrians, prohibit of turning all day long or at certain period, and etc. Traffic microrenovation technology includes dynamic lane function management at intersections, lanes reservation, coordination in regional traffic organization, traffic flow control signal lights, special signal lights for fire-fighting passage, traffic facilities of "comity at zebra crossing", refined design of lanes, time-based parking measures, and etc. Finally, this paper explains effectiveness and impact of new technologies and strategies.
