武汉市公共汽(电)车线网结构优化

摘要: 以武汉市2015—2017 年开展的公共汽(电)车线网调整实施评估为例,在城市空间拓展、功能 提升和交通系统复杂多元化的大背景下,系统梳理公共汽(电)车线网功能、空间布局和服务效率问 题。结合国内外先进城市公共汽(电)车发展新形势和武汉市发展需求,采取三大协同策略:以功能 融合促公共交通一体化,以空间差异化促资源均等化,以运营协同促品效提升。多措并举打造普 及、便捷、高效的公共汽(电)车网络,全面落实公共交通优先战略,努力将武汉塑造为轨道交通+公 共汽(电)车+非机动交通引领型的绿色出行楷模。

Structural Optimization of Bus Network in Wuhan

Abstract: Taking the implementation evaluation of bus network adjustment in Wuhan from 2015 to 2017 as an example, this paper systematically reviews the functions, spatial layout and service efficiency of bus network under the background of urban space expansion, function upgrading and complex and diversified transportation system. Based on the new trend of bus development in advanced cities both at home and abroad and the development needs of Wuhan, the paper proposes three strategies of promoting the integrated public transportation with functional coordination, the equalization of resources with spatial differentiation, and the improvement of product efficiency with operation coordination. To develop Wuhan as a green travel model led by rail transit + bus + non-motorized traffic, more measures should be taken to build a universal, convenient and efficient bus network, and comprehensively implement the strategy of public transportation priority.
