居住区空间模式与道路规划设计

摘要:针对目前中国大量采用大规模封闭式居住区空间模式,以及有些城市由于交通拥堵而进行的道路“私”改“公”现象,分析了居住区空间模式的发展过程及当前存在的问题。借鉴国外的发展趋势与经验,给出了适合中国情况的居住区空间模式及相应的道路规划设计原则,提出了基于道路交通的居住区多层次空间模式规划设计方法,并从空间规模、行车速度与交通量控制、绿化设计、立体设计四方面讨论了具体设计要点。最后指出,在保证居住区安静与安全的前提下,居住区道路规划设计应该结合居住区空间模式,与城市交通体系融为一体。

Spatial Distribution of Residential Communities and Roadway Planning

Abstract:Concerning the closed residential communities design and using residential streets as urban roads due to traffic congestion in China, this paper reviews the development of spatial distribution of residential communities and existing problems. Based on a summary of development trend and experience from other countries, the paper discusses spatial distribution of residential communities in China and corresponding roadway planning and design principles. The paper proposes a multi-level spatial pattern planning and design methodology for residential communities, and presents the four key design aspects: spatial scale, travel speed and traffic volume control, green design and hierarchy design. Finally, the paper points out that roadway planning and design of residential communities should emphasize the quietness and safety, while coordinate with spatial distribution of residential communities and urban transportation system.
