摘要：回顾了近30年上海市综合交通规划与实践情况。以20世纪80年代、90年代，21世纪前10年为时间点，总结各个阶段上海市综合交通发展特点、交通规划和交通政策，分析不同时期综合交通规划在实施过程中的经验与得失。针对当前上海市综合交通面临的突出矛盾，结合2010世博绿色交通总体方案，指出世博绿色交通实践是上海市交通发展模式的新探索，并展望了未来上海市交通的重点发展方向。

Thirty Years of Comprehensive Transportation Planning in Shanghai

Abstract：This paper reviews the comprehensive transportation planning and practice in Shanghai in the past 30 years. By summarizing the development characteristics of comprehensive transportation development, transportation planning, and transportation policy in each development period, the paper discusses the achievements and lessons learned in the practice of comprehensive transportation planning in Shanghai in 1980’s, 1990’s, and the first decade of 21 century. Aiming at the key problems in Shanghai comprehensive transportation and based on the green transportation practice in the World Expo Shanghai 2010, the paper points out that the Expo green transportation practice is a trial of new transportation development patterns in Shanghai. Finally, the paper outlines the future transportation development in Shanghai.
