摘要： 伴随大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术的推动，以及智能制造、新零售等新需求 的出现，迫切需要智慧物流驱动下的管理与决策促进物流的高质量发展。通过阐述智慧物流的发展 背景和内涵特征，提出智慧物流的应用目标和路径——底层要素数字化、中间运营模型化、管理决 策智能化。结合物流运力交易共享平台、第三方物流+互联网平台、快递智能包装解决方案、化工 园区等应用实例，分析智慧物流在管理与决策智慧化领域的实际应用。反映出智慧化的管理与决策 在提高物流安全水平、提高物流效率、降低物流成本、提升客户服务水平等方面取得了良好的应用 效果。

Smart Logistics-Driven Management and Decision-Making

Abstract： With the new waves of information technologies in big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, as well as the emergence of intelligent manufacturing and new retail, there is urgent need for the high-quality logistics development with smart logistics-driven management and decision-making. By reviewing the development background, connotation and characteristics of smart logistics, the paper proposes the targets and development paths of smart logistics application, including digitalization of underlying elements, modeling of intermediate operations, and intelligent management and decisionmaking. Based on the case study of logistics trading sharing platforms, third-party logistics companies plus Internet platform, intelligent packaging solutions, and chemical parks, the paper analyzes the practical application of smart logistics in intelligent management and decision-making. The results show the performance of these practice in improving the safety and efficiency of the logistics flow, reducing logistics cost, and enhanced customer service, and etc.
