摘要：2009 年城市交通领域大事 纷呈、腾挪跌宕。面对严峻的机动 化现实和空前绝后的投资拉动大 背景，从交通运输大部制改革、交 通政策与公众利益、交通安全与法 制意识、学术研讨与交流、低碳交 通等不同侧面，多层次和多角度地 对城市交通领域过去一年内所发 生的重大事件，以及行业热点与重 点问题一一进行梳理及点评，涵括 了对许多问题的切实担忧与深入 思考。最后，指出低碳与绿色交通 是未来城市交通发展的希望和曙 光，并应根据科学、民主和依法的 原则对城市交通问题进行理性与 智慧的决策。

Retrospection of 2009 Urban Transportation Industry

Abstract：Much had happened in the area of urban transportation in 2009. Concerned with increasing motorized traffic and booming investments, this paper reviews significant events and hotspots in transportation industry last year. These topics include transportation ministry and commission reform, transportation policies and public interests, traffic safety and law awareness, academic discussions and experience exchange, as well as low-carbon transportation, which is an issue of the authors' concern and thorough thinking. Finally, the author points out that low-carbon and green transportation is the future direction of urban transportation development. Any decisions made by policy-makers should follow scientific and democratic principles within the framework of laws.
