摘要：借鉴国际著名CBD 的交 通发展经验，有助于科学规划我国 城市CBD交通的良性发展。首先 通过对53 个CBD的岗位密度和通 勤交通模式的统计分析，指出 CBD非公共交通通勤模式存在容 量约束现象，其岗位密度与公共交 通通勤比例存在正相关关系。在 总结纽约曼哈顿和伦敦金融城两 个著名世界级CBD的交通需求和 通勤模式特征的基础上，详细分析 了支撑其通勤模式的交通设施供 应模式、未来面临的岗位增长压力 和选择的交通发展战略。最后指 出上海市陆家嘴金融城的土地利 用规划和交通系统规划存在的不 适应性，并对其未来合理的通勤交 通模式和交通设施供应策略提出 了初步建议。

Commuting Travel Patterns for Mega CBDs around the World

Abstract：To have a sustainable urban area development, it is helpful for Chinese urban planning professionals to learn the lessons from other large CBDs around the world. Through an analysis of travel mode choice and job density at the 53 CBDs, this paper reveals the capacity constraints for non-transit travel mode at CBDs and points out a positive correlation between the utilization of public transit and employment density. By summarizing the characteristics of the travel demand and commuting travel patterns in Manhattan in New York city and the City of London－two well-known cities in the world, this paper outlines a CBD's transportation infrastructure that can support its commuters' travel needs, and a transportation development plan for future job growth. Lastly, taking Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone in Shanghai as an example of poor land use and transportation planning and lack of the coordination, the paper recommends the future sustainable commuting travel patterns and corresponding transportation infrastructure development.
