摘要： 在编制城市轨道交通线网规划，研究轨道交通对城市形态的影响、分析轨道交通对居民的服 务能力时，常常缺少量化指标，面临数据不足或精度低、城市间横向比较能力弱等问题。从通勤视 角出发，基于互联网通勤数据和城市轨道交通运营数据，选择轨道交通覆盖人口比例作为指标，通 勤椭圆作为城市形态可视化方法，研究轨道交通与职住关系对城市发展的影响，并对轨道交通覆盖 通勤人口比例的含义和实际应用进行解读。在此基础上，分析了其与轨道交通客运强度的关系，总 结了所反映的轨道交通车站周边职住特征、轨道交通建设边际效应以及对通勤空间范围和公共交通 通勤效率的影响。

Spatial Characteristics of Commuting Travel Covered by Rail Transit in Major Cities in China

Abstract： Transportation professionals face a range of issues, such as lack of quantitative indicators, inadequate and imprecise data, and difficulty in cross-city comparison, when assessing the impact of rail transit on urban spatial form, analyzing the ability of service for surrounding residents, and formulating urban rail transit network planning. Based on the Internet commuting data and the operation data of rail transit system, the discussion in this paper focuses on the influence of rail transit on job-housing and urban development using ratio of rail transit as the indicator and commuting distribution oval as the urban layout visualization method. This paper introduces the indicator of the proportion of rail transit commuters and the application method. By analyzing the relationship between the indictor and rail transit passenger flow, the paper discusses the job-housing characteristics within the surrounding areas of stations, the marginal effect of rail transit construction, and the impact on commuting travel distribution and public transit commuting efficiency.
