郑州市轨道交通快线功能和布局研究

摘要: 城市轨道交通快线(以下简称“快线”)在超(特)大城市都市区发展中承担骨架走廊支撑作 用,谋划快线适配的功能、布局和服务水平是新一轮城市轨道交通线网规划不可回避的重要任务。 通过回顾、分析郑州市历版城市轨道交通线网规划中快线的布局、功能、设计标准,从快线的服务 范围、市域快线与城际铁路廊道重合与功能交叉、快线规划的客流门槛等角度阐述郑州市新一轮城 市轨道交通线网规划面临的关键问题和应对策略。研究郑州市快线构建思路和布局方案,包括统筹 布局城镇发展轴带上的多层次轨道交通、以时间目标为导向实现空间高效组织、锚固城市中心体系 和交通枢纽。最后提出“三心锚固、多向放射”的双层轨道交通快线方案,并总结了保障快线功能 发挥的关键指标。

Functionality and Layout of Urban Express Rail Transit Lines in Zhengzhou

Abstract: Urban express rail transit lines play a supporting role of arterial corridors in the development of megalopolis. It is an important task to determine the appropriate express lines functionalities, layout and technical level for the new round of rail transit network planning. On such basis, this paper reviewed the layout, functionalities and design standards of express lines in the previous planning cases, and summarized the experience and problems in the planning and construction of urban express rail transit lines. The paper expounds key problems faced by the new round of rail transit planning in Zhengzhou and corresponding strategies in several aspects: the service scope of express lines, the coordination of express lines and intercity railway, and the passenger flow threshold of express lines construction. The paper summarizes the construction scheme of express rail transit system in Zhengzhou, including developing marcoscopic layout of multi-level rail transit services on the urban development axis, time-oriented realization of efficient spatial organization, urban centerlized system and comprehensive transportation terminals. In conclusion, the paper proposes the by-level express rail transit plan of“three cores centerlization and multiple directions radiation”, and summarizes the key elements to support the express line system.
