Abstract: Parking problems, such as unbalanced parking supply and demand, disorderly parking, poor parking revenue, and low parking service level, commonly exist in cities. Comprehensively considering the travel or management needs of travelers, parking lots, parking management departments, and other government departments, the urban parking management platform is developed in combination with intelligent parking technologies, such as state identification, network information, supply and demand matching optimization model, parking guidance, and visualization. The platform includes the parking supply and demand information identification and matching module, the parking supply and demand analysis, and visual display module, parking lots identification module affecting road traffic operation, special vehicles monitoring and management module, and vehicle management module for public emergency. The platform is helpful in improving parking convenience, reducing the difficulty of data collection, comprehensive management and governance by parking management departments and other government departments.
