城市桥下空间提升利用设计方法

摘要: 中国大城市的桥下空间普遍存在封闭、灰暗、割裂城市的问题。在梳理、总结国内外城市桥 下空间提升利用经验的基础上,研究城市桥下空间提升利用的设计方法。从桥下空间的安全、尺 度、可达、环境、使用和权属六个方面评估其提升利用的适宜性,以解析桥下空间的主导功能和建 设目标。依据桥下空间的功能类型,构建桥下空间提升利用方案设计框架,并提出有针对性的实施 策略。最后,介绍了北京市天宁寺桥桥下空间提升利用试点实施案例,为城市桥下空间提升利用设 计提供可复制、可推广的经验。

Design Methods for Enhancing the Utilization of Under-Bridge Spaces in Urban Areas

Abstract: In major Chinese cities, there are common issues associated with under-bridge spaces for being closed, dim, and divisive. This paper delves into the design methods for enhancing the utilization of urban under-bridge spaces, based on a comprehensive review and summary of domestic and international experiences. The feasibility of enhancing the utilization of under-bridge spaces is assessed from six aspects: safety, scale, accessibility, environment, usage, and ownership, aiming to discuss the predominant functions and construction objectives of these spaces. Based on the functional types of under-bridge spaces, a framework for designing enhancement and utilization schemes is constructed, along with targeted implementation strategies. A pilot case study of the space under Tianning Temple Bridge in Beijing is presented, offering replicable and scalable experiences for the design of enhanced utilization of urban under-bridge spaces.
