城市边缘区域热门景区交通系统优化策略——以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地为例

摘要: 热门景区的出行体验和效率是影响城市品牌和口碑塑造的关键要素。以成都大熊猫繁育研究 基地(以下简称“基地”)为例,提出“以数据挖掘特征,以特征识别矛盾,以矛盾制定原则,以原 则引导策略”的城市边缘区域热门景区交通系统优化流程与方法。选用手机信令、城市轨道交通刷 卡、公共汽电车IC 卡刷卡、浮动车GPS、游客票务等数据作为研究数据,融合分析游客出行需求。 通过量化指标识别交通供需两端特征以及供需之间的矛盾,明确了集约有序、高效舒适、灵活组 织的基地交通系统优化原则。制定了分门定位、智慧引导,以量定位、精准布局,摆渡主导、品质 慢行,分时利用、区域共享,轨道直连、景区联动五大调整策略。在基地二期开园前,结合五大调 整策略,提出面向实施的小切口、精准化的优化方案,切实提升游客到发出行效率和体验。

Transportation System Optimization Strategies for Popular Scenic Spots in Urban Suburbs: A Case Study of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Abstract: The travel experience and efficiency of popular scenic spots are the key elements affecting the city's branding and reputation. Taking the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding as an example, this paper proposes the process and methodology of optimizing the transportation system of popular scenic spots in the fringe area of cities, naming“mining features with data, identifying contradictions with features, formulating principles with contradictions, and guiding strategies with principles”. Mobile phone signaling, urban rail transit card swiping, bus IC card swiping, floating vehicle GPS, and tourist ticketing are integrated and taken as the research data to analyze tourist travel patterns. The characteristics and contradiction of the two ends of transportatio supply and demand are identified through quantitative indicators. This paper proposes three optimization principles for the base transportation system: intensive and orderly, efficient and comfortable, and flexible organization. Five adjustment strategies are formulated: passenger flow distribution method with separate positioning and intelligent guidance, precise layout of facilities supplied on demand, priority and convenient shuttle bus, high- quality non- motorized transportation, temporary and spatial sharing of parking spaces, and scenic area linkage method connected by urban rail transit. Before the opening of the second phase of the base, the paper proposes a precise blend of rigidity and elasticity to effectively improve tourist arrival and departure efficiency and experience by combining the proposed five strategies.
