摘要: 为探究“双碳”目标下城市交通领域的绿色可持续发展,中国城市交通发展论坛于2023 年 10 月11 日在陕西省西安市举办了2023 年第3 次(总第33 次)常规研讨会。本次论坛由中国城市交通 发展论坛组委会主办,中国城市规划设计研究院承办,主题为“绿色出行环境营造与高品质宜居城 市”。会议聚焦以下议题:如何发挥绿色交通方式之间的一体化集约统筹效益,提升绿色出行比 例;城市更新背景下如何提升老城区的步行、骑行环境品质,打造绿色出行街区;确立城市轨道交 通骨干地位,提升公共汽电车交通运营效率,形成公共交通网络化运营体系。研讨成果将为促进城 市交通绿色发展和高品质宜居城市建设提供指导。

Creation of Green Transportation Environment and the Development of High-Quality Livable Cities: Debrief of the 33rd Urban Transportation Development Forum in China

Abstract: In order to explore the green and sustainable development of urban transportation under the“dual- carbon”goals, the 33rd Urban Transportation Development Forum was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on October 11, 2023. The forum was hosted by the Organizing Committee and organized by the China Academy of Urban Planning & Design, with a theme on creation of green transportation environment and the development of high-quality livable cities. The forum centered around strategies for maximizing the integrated and coordinated benefits among various green travel modes to enhance the share of green travel. Additionally, discussions revolve around improving the walking and cycling environment in old urban areas amidst urban renewal, creating green travel neighborhoods, and establishing the backbone role of urban rail transit. The aim was to enhance the operational efficiency of public transportation with electric buses, forming a networked operational system for public transportation. The research results will provide guidance for promoting the green development of urban transportation and the construction of high-quality livable cities.
