摘要：城市组团间道路施工交通组织设计需要遵循一定的原则，才能有效地减轻道路施工期间带来的交通压力。以OD分流为主导思想，结合交通政策、交通管理等软措施，从时间和空间上对过往车辆、施工区域内车辆和施工车辆进行分流和引导管理，以保证施工道路及其周边路网的正常运行。以宁波市通途路、江南路施工期间交通疏解方案为例验证了措施的实用性。

Traffic Control & Management for Road Construction Zones Crossing Urban Groups: a case study in Ningbo

Abstract：Traffic control and management for road construction zones that cross urban groups should stick with certain rules, so that traffic pressure during construction periods can be relieved effectively. Principally guided by a scenario of diverging OD flows, and in conjunction with traffic management rules, this study explores strategies to diverge and guide through traffic, local traffic and construction traffic by shifting travel time and lane space during road construction periods, so as to ensure a normal traffic operation on roads under construction and their nearby street network. Case studies have been carried out in Ningbo to validate the practicality of these strategies.
