摘要：为探讨当前我国动态交通信息服务的制约因素和发展方向，在北京市实际研究和建设经验的基础上，结合采集交通信息准确性验证、交通信息发布内容以及标准化和产业化建设这三个制约动态交通信息服务发展的因素，分别阐述其发展现状及存在的问题，重点提出浮动车数据验证方法及北京市部分验证结论、动态交通信息发布内容基本原则和发展思路、标准化和产业化建设的机制，为我国动态交通信息采集、处理、发布技术的研发和信息服务系统的建设提供参考。

Construction and Constrains for Dynamic Travel Information Service Systems in Beijing

Abstract: For the purpose of revealing the current constrains and evolving trends to provide dynamic traffic information services in China, and in regards of experiences gained from Beijing's research and actual construction of dynamic traffic information systems, this paper discusses three factors constraining dynamic traffic information services: accuracy validation and contents to release, standardization, and industrialization of traffic information services. The paper stresses on the floating car data validation method and validation results from Beijing's practices, and also on issues relating to the above three constrains. The findings of the paper may offer some tips to dynamic traffic information collection, processing, and distribution, and to information service system construction.
