摘要：为了给交通规划、设计和管理提供重要的定量数据支持，最大限度地实现信息增值，提出了从大量的历史交通数据中提取有用的交通特征信息的方法。以深圳市城市交通仿真系统中的历史交通特征信息为对象，根据交通信息应用需求现状，从空间、时间、统计和参数四个特征维度对历史交通特征信息进行详细的结构分析，给出了历史交通特征信息生成的运行流程，以及各个特征维度历史交通数据计算方法。最后介绍了历史交通特征信息在深圳市城市交通仿真系统各个信息服务子系统中的应用情况。

Method of Extracting Traffic Characteristics Based on Historical Data Information

Abstract: In order to provide important numerical data supports for transportation planning, design and management, and to extract information value as fully as possible, this paper proposes a method of extracting useful traffic characteristic information from a large amount of historical data. Targeting on  historical traffic characteristic data in Shenzhen Urban Transportation Simulation System(SUTSS), and according to the status quo of traffic information needs, this paper analyzes in detail the framework of historical traffic characteristic information from four perspectives, i.e. space, time, statistics and parameter, and presents the flow-chart to generate historical traffic characteristic information, as well as the method to process various historical traffic data in accordance with the above four perspectives. In the end, the paper explains the application of historical traffic characteristic information in individual information service sub-systems of SUTSS.
