摘要：AFC系统是地铁票务运营管理系统，储值票是AFC系统的重要组成部分。选择何种车票发行方案，对票务收益的安全和乘客使用AFC系统的便捷程度都有较大的影响。根据深圳市地铁AFC系统储值票的应用情况，比较了两种储值票发行方案的利弊，提出在建设AFC系统时，不仅要结合本地实际情况，还要重点关注票卡选型、投资回报、与其他运营企业合作以及应对IT业的快速发展等关键问题。

Discussion on Proposals of Issuing Stored-Value Cards for Metro AFC System

Abstract: AFC is a metro tickets management system, and the stored-value (SV) card is an important part of the AFC system. An appropriate scenario for issuing SV cards will have a significant influence on the safety, the company's profit, and the passengers' convenience while using the AFC system. Based on Shenzhen metro AFC system, this paper compares the pros and cons of different scenarios of issuing SV cards, and raises some noticeable questions regarding SV card issuance.
