摘要：近年来，库里蒂巴BRT系统的成功实践引起了国内外的广泛关注。相对于地铁轻轨，BRT系统造价较低；相对于常规公共汽车系统，BRT系统运能较大。那么，既然BRT系统有上述两大显著优点，是否意味着它可以广泛应用于我国城市呢？在认真剖析BRT系统特点和运行特性的基础上，指出带形城市用地布局形态和分流的交通组织是BRT系统成功应用的关键，也是该系统应用的基本前提。此外，在规划、建设、运营、管理等环节采取综合对策也是BRT系统成功的保证。缺少哪一个环节，都不可能达到预期效果和目的。

Key to the Success of BRT：the Linear Urban Land Use Pattern

Abstract: In recent years, the success of the BRT system in Curitiba has received extensive attention from all over the world. Due to its notable advantages that its construc-tion cost is less than light rail, and its capacity is higher than other conventional public transportation systems, does it means that it can be broadly adopted into cities in Chi-na? Based on an analysis of the systematic and operational characteristics of the BRT system, this paper indicates that the linear land-use pattern in Curitiba and the channelized BRT lanes are the keys as well as the basis that lead to the success of the BRT system and its operation. Besides, the integration of its planning, construction, operation and management also contributes to the success. The expected effect and the goals of the system wouldn''''''''t have been truly achieved if ignoring any of the above factors.
