摘要：针对武汉市跨江交通问题所采取的交通需求管理对策，以江汉一桥断交通封闭维修实施交通需求管理为实例，从城市的综合实力、可持续发展的角度，着重论述了武汉市要取得城市发展与交通发展的双赢，应该坚持同步实施交通需求管理。通过合理的交通政策、健康的土地利用方式等，均衡道路时空消耗，促进交通参与者的交通选择行为改变，诱导出行者最终放弃小汽车出行，从而选择运输效率高、环境污染低的公共交通，以取得交通供需平衡，支持城市社会、经济和环境的可持续发展。

The Application of TDM to Traffic Crossing the River in Wuhan

Abstract: Most important traffic crossing river problems exist in Wuhan. Transportation Demand Management (TDM) is applied in the breaking traffic for the mainte-nance of Jianghanyi Bridge. In order to obtain the double wins between urban development and transportation de-velopment, TDM should be put in practice synchronous-ly. Through the reasonable traffic policy and land uti-lization way, road space-time consumption can be bal-anced, traffic participant action can be changed. The per-sons who go out will give up cars finally, and choose public transport with high efficiency and low environ-mental pollution. The equilibrium of supply and demand of traffic will be obtained to support the sustainable de-velopment of the society, economy and environment.
