摘要：主干路功能保障是强调在交通负荷高峰时段，其“通行”功能仍能得以保证。结合特大城市具体的主干路交通改善课题，综合采用TSM和TDM的交通管理方法，从符合城市实际发展、具有工程可行性、尽可能减少主干路两侧居民拆迁为出发点，提出了功能保障的主干路交通改善措施，并采用交通仿真技术对综合改善的效果进行了分析。

The Improvement Methods of Guarantee Arterial Road Traffic Function

Abstract: It is important to guarantee the arte-rial road traffic function in the rush hour. Based on the arterial road traffic improvement programs in super city, this paper introduces TSM and TDM compromise methods, and brings forward a series of traffic improve mea-sures which according to city development, having engineering feasibility, decreasing resi-dents moving. At the same time, the traffic simulation model is applied to analyze the im-provement effect.
