摘要：参照发达国家的经验和做法，对城市货运的研究范围及我国城市货运规划目标进行分析，提出我国大中城市开展城市货运规划可预先控制城市货运对城市交通和生态环境产生的负面影响。城市货运规划应以城市土地合理利用和环境保护为前提，以此开展城市货运调查、需求预测、货车通道规划、货运站场规划、配送装卸点规划、货运交通管理规划等工作。

Research on Sustainable Urban Freight Planning

Abstract: Based on measures and implementations of developed countries, the paper analyzed concept of urban freight and objectives of urban freight planning. It presented that urban freight planning of main cities can prevent negative impacts of truck operating in urban areas, such as congestion, noises and emissions. Considering reasonable land using and environment protection of urban areas, sustainable urban freight planning should include such progresses as freight and truck surveys, demand forecasting, truck corridors design, layout of freight terminals, distribution point planning and truck traffic management planning.
