摘要：首先从分析上海市2010年世博会(World EXPO)期间的交通供需出发，论证了世博会期间采取交通需求管理（TDM）的必要性；其次，根据世博会期间交通需求的特点，提出了实施需求管理的关键问题和具体目标；最后，分别从用地规划阶段、综合交通规划阶段、交通管理与监控阶段三个层次，对世博会期间可以采取的交通需求管理对策加以系统分析。

Study on the Measures of Transportation Demand Management for Shanghai World EXPO

Abstract: This paper firstly makes an analysis of transportation demand and transportation system's capacity of Shanghai in the course of World EXPO 2010 as the beginning, and then the necessity of taking transportation demand management (TDM) is demonstrated. Secondly, according to the trait of transportation demand during World EXPO, the key problems and objectives of TDM are put forward. At last, respectively from the stage of land use, integrated transport planning and traffic control and management, this paper discusses completely the measures that may be adopted in Shanghai World EXPO.
