摘要：本文通过对加拿大和巴西部分城市快速公交系统和运行线路及相关设施等应用实践的考察，系统阐述了国外近年来逐渐兴起的地面快速公交系统的功能特征与适用范围。在总结国外发展快速公交系统经验的基础上，结合我国的实际情况就发展快速公交提出了具体设想和政策建议。

Experience of Development on BRT Abroad and Enlightenment to China Urban Transport

Abstract: Through investigating BRT in some cities of Canada and Brazil, this paper exposits the function characteristic and scope of application of BRT, which rises gradually abroad recently. Based on the experience of BRT abroad and China factual status, policy recommendations and measures are put forward to develop China BRT.
