摘要：自行车交通与机动车交通的协调与合理化发展，是确保城市交通畅通的重要内容。本文在详细研究自行车交通的特点、影响自行车存在和使用的主要因素的基础上，重点分析目前我国大城市中自行车交通存在的主要问题。最后，基于交通需求管理理论，以北京市为例，提出引导大城市自行车合理发展和使用的相关对策与措施。

The Moderation of Urban Bicycle Traffic

Abstract: The moderate bicycle traffic and the inducing measures are important issues of urban traffic. The paper analyzes the traffic characteristic of urban bicycles and the main factors having influence on the population and use of bicycle, and points out the problems of bicycle traffic in urban areas. At last, the counter measures of inducing and controlling the use of bicycles in urban areas are put forward based on the economic and traffic situation of Beijing according to the traffic demand measures. The implementing suggestion is raised.
