摘要：全面回顾了天津市30 年 来城市交通发展经历的两个阶段 ——骨架路网发展阶段和现代化 综合交通体系快速发展阶段，总结 每个阶段的主要交通特征以及交 通战略的转变。在肯定天津市城 市交通发展取得成就的同时，反思 公共交通、交通与土地利用、交通 管理与控制方面存在的不足。基 于新形势下交通发展面临的机遇 与挑战，提出未来解决天津市城市 交通问题的战略思路：协调交通与 土地利用关系，构建双城一体化骨 架路网，形成双城间大中运量公共 交通骨架体系，加强交通管理等。

A Review of Urban Transportation System Development in Tianjin City in the Past 30 Years

Abstract：The Tianjin urban transportation system has mainly experienced two development periods in the past 30 years, which can be marked by the roadway arterial network development stage followed by the rapid development of the multimodal system integration. This paper summarizes the main characteristics of the transportation system and the evolution of the development strategies in each development period. While recognizing the achievements of urban transportation development in Tianjin, the paper also identifies the shortcomings in transit, transportation, land use development, and traffic control and management. Concerned with the opportunities and challenges for the future urban development, the paper introduces the development strategies to address the critical issues such as the relationship between the transportation development and land use, integrating the road network and transit network connecting the two city centers, and strengthening traffic management.
