摘要：建设现代化城市群是中国 建设有中国特色城市化道路、推动 区域协调发展的重要战略。简要 介绍了中国城市群空间结构发展 概况及分布，结合当前城市群综合 交通系统现状及存在问题，论述了 这一系统的层次及特点。从规划 原则、技术路线、规划目标与需求 预测四个方面提出了城市群综合 交通系统规划方法。最后，从战略 层面提出了系统的布局规划要求 和建设原则。

Comprehensive Transportation System Planning for a Cluster of Metropolitan Areas in China

Abstract：Developing a cluster of modern metropolitan areas in a region is significant for the urbanization process and the regional coordinated development in China. By introducing the spatial distribution and development of metropolitan areas in China, this paper illustrates the current development status, existing problems, and characteristics of comprehensive transportation system in the clusters of metropolitan areas. The paper presents the comprehensive transportation system planning methodologies for the clusters of metropolitan areas based on the planning principles, techniques, objectives, and demand forecasting. Finally, from a strategic perspective, the authors point out the requirements for the planning and building transportation system facilities.
