AI 时代城市交通规划面临的挑战与技术变革

摘要: 人工智能(AI)快速发展背景下,人口流动加剧、产业与就业模式重构以及空间利用方式多样 化导致城市交通系统面临一系列深刻变革。随着AI 技术的广泛应用,传统制造业中的大量就业岗 位被自动化取代,服务业在互联网的推动下实现了跨区域服务,将显著影响就业人口的空间分布与 流动性。同时,AI技术催生的知识密集型产业和创新人才的集聚效应对城市公共服务与交通需求提 出了更高的要求。强调AI 主导的技术变革面临工具理性与价值理性的冲突与平衡,并讨论在实现 技术效率最大化的同时,如何确保社会公平和伦理价值。最后,探讨AI 技术对传统交通规划流程 的重塑,其预示着未来交通规划研究机构的组织形式和研究范式或将发生根本性变革。

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Street Space Renewal Governance Based on the Healthy Streets Approach: Take the Street Renewal Around Old Residential Areas in Chengdu as an Example

Abstract: Streets are an important part of urban public space, and also serve as the breakthrough point of governance in urban renewal. Focusing on the governance effectiveness of street space, using London Healthy Street evaluation system as reference, and combining street view image quantification cognition and emotional perception technology, this paper aims to construct the subjective and objective measurement framework for effectiveness of street space renewal governance from the dimensions of perceived safety, travel friendliness, spatial order, experience comfort, and environmental pleasure under the perspective of healthy streets. And based on multi-temporal street view images, an evaluation index system is established, which includes 5 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators, so as to design a large-scale quantitative measurement method for the evaluation of effectiveness of street renewal governance. Finally, the paper proposes the governance strategies of street renewal from the dimension of spatial co- governance and experience improvement. Firstly, establish and improve the co-construction, co-governance and sharing mechanism, and enhance the management, operation and maintenance mode of street renewal; secondly, ensure the right-of way of green travel space and improve the safety of street space; thirdly, integrate the elements of street space and optimize the order of space scenes; fourthly, optimize the allocation of street space resources and create a travel-friendly environment.
