摘要： ：2024 年8 月30 日，“城市更新与交通实践学术研讨会”在江西省景德镇市举办，主题聚焦城 市更新中交通治理理论方法与综合实践。城市更新关系城市面貌和居住品质的提升，是扩大内需的 重要抓手，也对促进城市与交通系统绿色发展、提升人民生活品质意义重大。景德镇过去10 年的 城市更新成就喜人，有望成为中国小城市里面的大样板。本篇文章基于三位作者在研讨会上的致辞 整理，聚焦城市更新实践与思考，以亲历者视角讨论如何破除城市更新中的误区、如何以城市更新 赋能高质量发展以及更新与保护的宝贵经验。

Urban Renewal Practices and Reflections in Jingdezhen

Abstract： On August 30, 2024, the Academic Symposium on Urban Renewal and Transportation Practices was held in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, with a focus on the theoretical approaches and integrated practices of transportation governance in urban renewal. Urban renewal is crucial for enhancing urban appearance and residential quality, serving as a key measure for expanding domestic demand. Furthermore, urban renewal plays a significant role in promoting the green development of urban and transportation systems, as well as improving residents' quality of life. Over the past decade, Jingdezhen has achieved remarkable progress in urban renewal, positioning itself as a potential model city among small-sized cities in China. Based on the speeches of three authors at the symposium, this paper explores urban renewal practices and reflections from the perspective of firsthand experiences. The discussions focus on how to overcome misconceptions in urban renewal, how urban renewal can empower high-quality development, and the valuable experiences in balancing renewal and preservation.
