摘要: 中国城市交通碳排放的评估方法尚不成熟,各子系统的基础数据可获取的难易程度也不同, 迫切需要建立符合实际情况的城市交通碳排放评估体系。通过“自下而上”分析法以及大数据校核 的方式,对城市交通碳排放计算方法开展适应性评价、系数测算和模型修正。指出“居民出行法” 更适合用于城市交通碳排放的计算,为小汽车、公共汽电车、电动自行车三大子系统标定了碳排放 系数,并建立了简易的城市交通碳排放计算模型。弥补了当前缺少适用于居民出行法的碳排放系数 的问题,也为缺少传统居民出行调查数据的城市以及特定范围内的城市交通系统碳排放计算提供了 更加简便的计算方法。

Research on Carbon Emission Coefficient Evaluation and Simple Calculation Method of Urban Transportation System

Abstract: The evaluation methods for carbon emissions from urban transportation in China are still underdeveloped, and the accessibility of basic data across subsystems varies significantly. There is an urgent need to establish a carbon emission assessment system that aligns with real- world conditions for urban transportation. By employing a“bottom-up”analysis approach and utilizing big data verification, this paper conducts adaptability evaluations on carbon emission calculation method, and carries out factor estimation and model calibration. The paper reveals that the resident travel method is more suitable for calculating urban transportation carbon emissions. On such basis, carbon emission coefficients for three major subsystems: private vehicles, buses/trolleybuses, and electric bicycles are calibrated, and a simplified urban transportation carbon emission calculation model is established. This method fills the current gap in carbon emission coefficients applicable to the resident travel method, and provides a more straightforward approach for calculate carbon emission of urban transportation systems in cities lacking traditional resident travel survey data and within a specific range.
