摘要：分析了我国客运轨道交通的发展背景和必要性以及城市客运轨道交通从建设至运营阶段发展可能遇到的资金和财务方面的问题。结合相关轨道交通发展的经验和方向，提出在轨道线路和站点规划设计过程中，轨道交通与城市结构形态协调、轨道交通与土地利用配合、多交通方式整合和站点枢纽化设计等重要问题，为轨道交通规划提供相关参考。

Research on Urban Railway Transportation Planning

Abstract: This paper describes the development background and necessity of urban railway transit in China. And the fund and financial obstacles from the construction to operation of urban railway transit are clarified. On the basis of relative experience and developing direction, the author brings forward four of the most important questions in the work of urban railway planning and design: the harmony between urban railway transit and city structure, the cooperation between railway transit with landuse, traffic mode combination and use of multi-functional complex.
