摘要：本文是对武汉市世界银行贷款交通建设项目所要求的经济评价方法和内容的归纳总结，全文系统地阐述了交通项目经济评价的方法和程序，并结合武汉市交通发展的不同战略思想，作出相应的经济分析和风险测试，从经济收益的角度分析交通战略思想的可行性和经济效益社会分配的合理性，为最终的战略选择服务。

Methods and Practice of Economic Assessment in Transport Developing Strategy

Abstract: A conclusion is given for the contents and methods of the economic assessment using in World Bank Loan for Wuhan transportation. In this paper, methods and programs in economic assessment are given systemically, and combined with the different transportation idea of Wuhan transportation developing, many economic analyze and risk tests are given. From the view of economic benefit, thinking of the feasibility of transportation strategy and the reasonable of economic benefit, help choosing the final strategy.
