摘要：道路交通安全水平评价是道路交通管理全过程中的一个重要环节，能够起到以评促建的作用。进行科学评价的关键在于建立一套科学合理的评价指标体系以及采用合理的评价方法。

Synthesis Evaluation on Urban Traffic Safety Level

Abstract: Evaluation on urban traffic safety level is an important stage of the whole traffic management，which plays a role as promoting traffic level by appraising. The key to scientific evaluation is to establish a suitable index system and to adopt a reasonable evaluation method.
