路上停车场规划及设计方法探讨

摘要:我国城市中心区高停车需求与有限的停车泊位供给是一对矛盾,而充分利用道路时空资源设置路边和路内停车泊位是一种比较有效的解决方法。本文首先从城市总体规划与停车需求预测的层面上系统地提出了路上停车路段的规划与确定流程的框架;而后,针对路上停车对动态交通的影响并结合国外研究成果论述了路上停车泊位的设置条件;最后,从城市路上停车设计实践出发,提出了几种比较典型的路上停车泊位设计型式。尽管合理设置泊位能够缓解停车供需矛盾,但本文同时也认为,规范交通管理对于提高停车效率是至关重要的。在城市还处于高速发展期的时候,一方面要挖掘现有道路资源的潜力,另一方面,适度实行停车需求管理措施仍然是必不可少的。

Planning and Designing of On-Road Parking

Abstract: It is urgent to solve the problem of high parking demand && limited parking space. However, to as much as possible employ road resources of time and space is a feasible means. This paper starts from experience of practical projects, puts forward the idea of planning on-road parking space, analyses the qualification, and finally, advances the computing method about designing as well as down-to-earth cases. In the meantime, this paper also thinks that demand management measures are of vital importance to improve the situation.
