摘要：随着智能交通事业的发展，创建智能交通产业化基地，籍此实现行业创新、技术整合、跨越式发展已势在必行。如何确定ITS产业基地的区位布局，如何对区位布局选择进行客观全面的评价，应该是理性思考的首要问题。

The Locating Principle and the Evaluation System for Establishing ITS Industrialization Bases

Abstract: Along with the advancement of ITS, it has been an imperative task to establish ITS industrialization bases in order to boost innovation within the industry, to promote integration among different technologies and to speed up the development in this area. So top priority should be given to finding out the rational way to arrange the layout of ITS bases as well as to make an evaluation to the selected layout both comprehensively and objectively.
