摘要：本文根据小榄镇、乐清市和杭州市3个城市新近进行的交通调查数据，分析了中小城市和大城市的交通特征不同之处，然后从交通结构和交通设施两个方面提出了在进行中小城市交通规划中应该重视的几个问题，以期引起交通规划者和各级政府部门的注意。

Characters Analysis and Planning of Small && Middle City Transport in China

Abstract: This paper analyzes the different characters in transport of small && middle cities and big cities, according to the trips survey of Xiaolan, Leqing and Hangzhou which were conducted recently.Then presents several advices, which should be considered by government officials and transport planers when they are conducting transport planning, at two aspects: transport structure and transport infrastructure.
